The number of slots depends on your use of OneSync:

- Without OneSync: you can theoretically go up to 2048 players. However, you'll need the right resources (CPU/RAM).
- With OneSync: you'll be limited by your Patreon key and your plan's performance.

You can upgrade your plan at any time from your client area, paying only the difference.

Absolutely. The upgrade is instant through your client area. The system automatically calculates the prorated amount: you only pay the difference for the remaining days in your current month. No data loss to worry about.

These are two "frameworks" (codebases) for FiveM:

- ESX: The oldest, very stable, huge library of free scripts. Ideal for getting started.
- QBCore: More modern, better optimized, but requires a bit more rigor.

Our servers are compatible with both.

You have full file access via SFTP (FileZilla, WinSCP) or directly through the "File Manager" in our Pterodactyl panel. Just drop your scripts into the resources folder and declare them in your server.cfg.

Yes, level 1 and 2 support is included free 24/7. We help you with infrastructure-related issues (network, machine, panel). For development help (script coding), we have a very active Discord community to assist you.
