What is a dedicated server?

A dedicated server is a physical machine that is entirely reserved for you. You have full control over its resources (CPU, RAM, storage) and can use it to host your websites, applications, databases, or other services without sharing processing power with other clients.

What is the difference between a dedicated server and a VPS?

A VPS (Virtual Private Server) shares the resources of a physical server with other VPS instances via a virtualization layer. A dedicated server, on the other hand, provides you with all the hardware resources without sharing or virtualization layers, guaranteeing better raw performance and total isolation.

What are the advantages of a dedicated server?

Where are your dedicated servers located?

How long does it take for my server to be delivered?

Our dedicated servers are delivered within 24 business hours after order validation. Adding extra IP addresses is also handled in less than 24 hours.

Who has access to my server?

Only the founders of ElypseCloud (Antoine Calmels and Edouard Djen-Ullmo) have physical or remote access to your server in case technical intervention is required. No third party has access without your explicit consent. Strict NDAs are applied to all sensitive projects.

How do you manage DDoS attacks?

Our servers are protected by a suite of mitigation machines that filter all incoming traffic in real-time. This system neutralizes DDoS attacks (L3/L4/L7) without impacting the availability or performance of your server.
